I have worked in premiere locations for fine dining across the southern United States, working in hotels and resorts from the Saddlebrook Resort in Wesley Chapel, Florida to the Opryland Hotel in Nashville, Tennessee, training hundreds of cooks, pantry people, dishwashers and everyone else moving through the ranks with day to day training of staff.
