Greens, greens greens!
Just because winter has frozen all of the tomatoes and beans, doesn’t mean the gardening season is over. The fall vegetables just pave the way for winter hardy crops, such as broccoli, rutabagas, mustard greens, collards and turnips. Nothing goes to waste here.
Broccoli leaves may be a bit tougher than the mustard, but a little longer in the pot makes them just as sweet.
