This is basically a homemade granola bar. It doesn’t need refrigeration and can be carried with you anywhere. On-the-go food.
Peanut Butter Oat Bars
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup honey
- 3 cups of oatmeal
- ½ cup chocolate chips or Reeses Pieces
Blend peanut butter, honey oatmeal, and Reeses Pieces together well and press into a shallow pan on wax paper and let sit overnight. The next day cut into portions. Can be stored in Tupperware or individually wrapped in wax paper or plastic wrap.
