1 qt strawberries cut into 1/4s
¼ cup sour cream
½ stick (4 oz) cream cheese
3 tablespoons confectionery sugar
3 to 4 drops real vanilla
1 shot Cointreau or triple sec
Place the strawberries in a glass or bowl. Take everything else and place into a food processor and blend until smooth and pour on top. Serve with a sprig of fresh garden mint.
